Privacy policy
Last updated [DATE]
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we") runs CreatorQuad. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash by our login provider).
- Creator Pass: what you enter: display name, handle, country, city, languages, fields, niche, bio, platform links and follower counts, engagement rate, an optional business email, and your goals. Your pass is public unless you hide it.
- Activity: your monthly reach log, collab request, hands you raise, creators you shortlist, Academy lessons you complete, and when you last visited your Hub.
What is public
Your Creator Pass, including the business email if you add one, your collab request, and the number of people who shortlisted you. Who shortlisted you and your Academy lesson progress are never shown to others. Only you see who raised a hand on your collab request; others see the count.
Why we use it
To run the directory, let people find and contact you, show your growth and badges, and keep the service safe. We do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it
Supabase (database and login) and Vercel (hosting) process data on our behalf. [Add your email provider if you use one.]
Your rights
You can edit or hide your pass, download all your data, and delete your account at any time from the Account page. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws that apply to you, you may also ask us to correct or erase your data, or raise a grievance.
Age
CreatorQuad is for people aged 18 or over.
